People are closing bugs that they are fixing in trunk and marking them  
as being fixed in 4.4.

4.4 was branched from trunk @ 13936

If you have checked in a change to trunk since then, it is _not_ fixed  
in 4.4, it is fixed in 4.5.

If your fix is intended for 4.4, you must propose integrating it to  
4.4, and if your proposal accepted, re-open it to me with a comment  
requesting integration.
