[Laszlo-dev] Fixed in branch field in Jira

Either needs a new entry for branches/4.4 or we should come up with a  
different strategy for it, so we don't have to adjust it every time we  
add a branch.

It would be _really_ nice if we could somehow add another multi-select  
field that was just like "Affects Version/s" and "Fix Versions/s".   
What we really want is:

Affects Versions/s
Scheduled Fix Version/s
Actual Fix Versions/s
