[Laszlo-dev] For Review: Change 20090505-maxcarlson-t Summary: Blur focused inputtexts when mousing over html iframes

Not approved, it's still broken.

Tested with testcase in FF3:
- click in inputtext
- move mouse cursor over iframe
- now click in edittext
- move mouse cursor again over iframe
=> inputtext disappears
