Taking a closer look I see that in some places we use values passed as  
query args, in some places not. In the history wrapper we just use the  
static values:
swin.document.write('   <body><object type=\'application/x-shockwave- 
flash\' data=\'<%= appUrl %>.<%= appRuntime %>.swf?lzproxied=false\'  
width=\'640\' height=\'400\'>');
