I didn't understand your comment. You said 'test for the same
condition as in swf9'. I understand now you are just correcting the
test to test for the same value (so I can no longer enable the console
debugger by saying `?lzconsoledebug=false`. (!)
But that makes me curious. Should we allow just `?lzconsoledebug`,
that is, just naming the option, without a value? Or should we always
require that you give a value?
And, as an aside, there is:

which would solve the issue we currently have where you cannot invoke
fdb on a non-debug .lzx, because fdb always adds `?debug=true` to the
url that it fetches.
