Looking at:

LPP-6614: Reference guide toc lists LzTrackService twice

Other services in the Events category (but not in the Services  
category) include:

lz.GlobalMouseService
lz.ModeManagerService
lz.TimerService

Should we remove lz.TrackService from Services, or add all services to  
the Services category,
and leave the duplicate entries in the Events category?
