Details:
    Some recent change to debug (possibly debug doc) has exposed this  
error when building the schema.

      [java] Exception in thread "main"  
org.openlaszlo.js2doc.SchemaBuilder$SchemaBuilderError: Error building  
schema: <interface name="debug"> in <insert> matches an existing  
element: /library/interface "debug"

Tests:
    'ant js2doc.schema' and just 'ant' at the top level now succeeds.
    Examining lfc.lzx shows that the 'debug' interface exists and has  
attribute 'showInternalProperties'
