[Laszlo-dev] swf10 support and js2doc

In preparation for supporting compiling to the Flash 10 runtime,  I've got a
change which basically replaces all of the "if ($swf9) ..." expressions in
the LFC with "if ($as3) ...".

I didn't touch the js2doc code yet, I was wondering how much work it would
be to support this properly.
