[Laszlo-dev] please use "$as3" instead of "$swf9" in your code

I'm trying to put in support for compiling Flash 10 applications, and the
compiler constant thatencompasses both swf9 and swf10 is "$as3". Going
forward please use $as3  instead of $swf9 if you want to
conditionalize code to run in the Flash 9 and Flash 10 runtimes.

I'm making up a changeset which modifies this in the LFC and the
lps/extensions and debugger.
