+ in swf9 LzSprite, make the setContextMenu call set mouseEnabled=true  
recursively up
the parent chain

+ This may cause interference with some mouse click events, but I  
haven't been able
to construct a real world example of this happening.

Tests:

test/contextmenu/api.lzx works in swf9
test case from bug report works
swf9 lzpix still works, after adding a contextmenu to the <photo> class
