There's a fair quantity of changes this time from trunk.

  smoketest SWF8/DHTML still work
   lzpix, weather, henry's demo still work for SWF9.

Beware that I've done some javadoc changes in trunk,
and for files that we have split (like LzNode.lzs vs LzNode.js)
we'll need to take care to preserve those changes when
we remerge those files.
