There is a problem with this solution. It doesn't run on native windows.

An analogous situation is /WEB-INF/lps/server/bin/lzc.bat and 
/WEB-INF/lps/server/bin/lzc. But these files are just wrappers that call java.


I also tried it under cygwin and CentOS from the command line and it 
complains that it doesn't know the 'E' option of sed.
