Details:
     <tagname>inputtext</tagname> should result in brackets around
     the name, like '<inputtext>', with the whole thing appearing
     to be shaded.  This will match the 3.x doc format.
     Before this hange, it appears that 'inputtext' was shown,
     but in a subtley different font.

Tests:
     Did build of doc reference
     Examined LzInputText page.
