Details:
The global method getTimer() got removed in a recent changeset. This 
restores getTimer() and it calls the static method LzTimeKernel.getTimer().

Tests:
No javascript error when calendar demo starts up in dhtml:
http://localhost:8080/trunk/demos/calendar/calendar.lzx?lzr=dhtml&lzt=html
