Details: LzSprite.js - Add comment

LzGlobalMouse.lzs - Remove static from public events to make themn  
show in docs, add comments

LzInputText.lzs - Move password attribute and init arg processing from  
LzText.  Hide _focused, add docs for enabled.

LzText.lzs - Move password attribute to LzInputText. Fix doc issues,  
clean out old comments.

LaszloView.lzs - Add missing type declarations, fix method signatures,  
docs

toc.xml - Update to use LzModeManagerBase for docs.

drawview.lzx - Add docs for moveto().

Tests: cd docs/src; ant reference.  Read docs/reference/LzView.html,  
LzGlobalMouse.html, lz.drawview.html, LzInputText.html, LzText.html.   
lfc compiles for all runtimes.
