Summary: Fix canvas resizing in swf9

Details: LzScreenKernel.as - Comment out trace.
LFCApplication.as - Comment out trace.
dummyclasses.js - Make getInitArg() trace more descriptive
LaszloCanvas.lzs - Set the sprite width/height to the initial values  
to ensure there is a default width/height.  These probably need to be  
read from the embed tag somehow...


Tests: A canvas with pixel width and/or height values now shows up in  
swf9.
