Summary: Prevent reference from showing documentation for persistent  
connection

Bugs Fixed: LPP-5106 RefGuide: remove references to persistent  
connection

Documentation:
The persistent connection is no longer supported, so I've marked it
private in the source, which makes it not turn up in the reference.

Tests:
  find . -name "*[Cc]onnection*.html"
before this change, these files existed:
./docs/reference/LzConnection+swf7+swf8+swf9.html
./docs/reference/LzConnectionDatasource+swf7+swf8+swf9.html
after this change, those files do not exist.
