I am planning to send a revised version of the ecmascript chapter out  
for review next week.

Lou, if you put this list in that chapter under its own heading, I'll  
take it from there.  I have noted your point that these are LZX  
reserved words, not ECMAscript reserved words. I'll make that clear.
