Interesting.
If things were rearranged in the same changeset that did things that  
we're blocking, then those changes wouldn't have been merged. In one  
case (5296, jim/drawview) we had to merge *part* of the changeset,  
and leave other parts out. This might have gone awry in other cases;  
in particular, the big binary library merges might have also  
contained things we want to keep.

We did not merge r5027, which is the one that moves LzTrack.lzs. This  
seems bad; I must have missed it. I'll merge it in now.
