Hi Josh,

I'm able to see the buttons and other images again and things work much 
better. Approved! Sorry about the long delay.

I do see some strange behavior in IE6/IE7 when dragging a scrollbar when I 
expand a day in the month view. In IE7 I can't page down with the scroll 
bars. In IE6, I can, but there is a dark box that scrolls below the day. 
I'll wait a day (my system is a bit out of sync) and try again.
