Bugs Fixed: LPP-3331 - Flash: Components Menu example is missing  
openMenu right/below/top, LPP-3274 - Laszlo in 10 scripting->method  
example not showing 5 yellow boxes on startup

Details: LzScreenKernel.js - use straightforward window.onresize event

LzSprite.js - Clean up straightforward window.onresize and  
onselectstart events during destroy. Extra safety checking for  
LzKeyboardKernel.

LzMouseKernel.js - Extra safety checking for LzKeyboardKernel.

LzInputTextSprite.js - Extra safety checking for LzKeyboardKernel.

wrappinglayout.lzx - set xspacing and yspacing values in construct,  
rather than relying on a constraint.


Tests: promanik's screen size test runs as before in firefox,  
problems fixed in IE 6/7.  Laszlo explorer -> scripting -> methods  
example shows 5 yellow boxes in dhtml and swf, components menu  
example fixed in swf
