Details: lztest-view.lzx - now includes simpleboundslayout  
explicitly.  LaszloView.lzs - fix size comparison in resourceload()  
method.  LzSprite.js - don't reset size when preloading or after an  
image has already been cached.


Tests: http://localhost:8080/legals/test/lztest/lztest-view.lzx under  
dhtml and swf7 for Firefox mac 1.5, IE 6 and IE 7 windows all run  
consistently now.  There's a warning in IE7 that I jsut sent email  
about, and the same series of failures due to the test harness  
running too early.
