[Laszlo-dev] clues for an app that only breaks in dhtml with debug=false

If that is the case, could you please add the components that you  
need to a comment on http://jira.openlaszlo.org/jira/browse/LPP-3695

I have never been able to elicit any feedback from anyone as to  
whether _all_ components should be auto-included, or only a select  
subset.  It appears to me that the current subset is an accident of  
history, not purposefully chosen; but I don't know for sure.
