I note with great joy that the Developer's Guide, often called just  
the "D-Guide" now builds in Legals, even on MacIntosh.  Thanks, Jim!

However, it seems -- although I may be missing a step -- that the  
other two D-guides don't build.  I refer to the Designer's Guide and  
the Deployer's Guide.

These are built analogously to the Developer's Guide, so I expect  
that the tools are in place but a build.xml file isn't properly set  
up to identify those targets (maybe?).

Any guidance in compiling Deployer's and Designer's Guides in Legals  
on Macs most welcome.
