[Laszlo-dev] view layering issue in amazon DHTML

The remaining bugs in the amazon demo in DHTML appear to be related to views
which have the wrong front-to-back layer ordering.
I got this warning in the DHTML app but not the SWF runtime, if that's any
clue

WARNING: bringToFront with no
parent<javascript:top.$modules.lz.Debug.displayObj(4)>
WARNING: bringToFront with no
parent<javascript:top.$modules.lz.Debug.displayObj(5)>
WARNING: bringToFront with no
parent<javascript:top.$modules.lz.Debug.displayObj(6)>

Is there some gotcha I should be looking for in DHTML regarding the setting
of visibility and the layer ordering? It seems to happen
when the previously invisible "cdinfo" view is displayed. That view shows up
in front of the search box in the upper left, whereas in SWF
the search box is always visible on top.
