You are right. Amazon doesn't work at all in legals (cf LPP-2938) so  
testing it with fewer images isn't possible <geek> which means  
testing it would take infinitely long, and infinite time is more than  
finite time, no matter how many times it's downloaded.</geek>

I am going to purge frames from the legalsb1 branch, but leave legals  
alone.
