I did find some other issues when running the example:

- one issue with swf vs. dhtml. On swf, the background color is changed 
when you alter the first combobox. This isn't true with dhtml.

- keyboard control doesn't work quite right in dhtml.

- On dhtml, I got some errors when trying to tab from one control to 
another. For example, 'scrolltrack' is undefined.
