[Laszlo-dev] Spring Widgets

This should be doable, especially for DHTML runtime.  The widget  
runtime is just webkit, and a widget is just a bundle of a local html  
page and css.  I'm guessing their download somehow intercepts the  
drag gesture and creates a widget bundle from the target URL.
