[Laszlo-dev] changeset for review: fix for LPP-1888

I notice that all the keywords are marked "private."
Accordingly, the method that Henry mentioned on the OpenLaszlo list
today (LzLoadQueue.quargs()) isn't listed in the doc. Nor are any of
the other methods, including the conx method that is called out in the
example in the reference page.
Before checking this in, therefore, please make sure that keywords
marked as private are supposed to be so. This will make sure that
publicly available methods are documented.
