Details:

When fetching data from the LPS XML proxy, you are supposed to be able
to set custom HTTP headers in the request to the back-end, by using the
LzDataset.setHeader() API. This was no longer working in the Flash runtime.

When we switched to doing all client-side XML parsing, the code to
send the 'headers' option to the LPS data proxy server got broken. This puts
it back.

Added new test in test/lfc/alldata, which sets the content-type header and
checks if
that is what was received by the back-end.
