Won't they still be in 2 places?  (In your wrapper page and in the  
canvas tag of the LZPIX app).

Okay, but you are talking about a custom wrapper page for LZPIX.

My question to the list at the start of this conversation was  
regarding the default wrapper pages that are generated for any app  
when you say `?lzt=html`.  Should that default wrapper page size  
itself to the app when the app has an absolute size?  I propose that  
it should.
