[Laszlo-dev] ?lzt=html, ?lzt=dhtml canvas and Window size

I's like to propose that the default wrapper pages for ?lzt=html and ? 
lzt=dhtml be changed to include Javascript to set the window they are  
loaded into to take on the canvas size (if the canvas size is set to  
an absolute value).

I think this makes a demo of an app more appealing (rather than it  
appearing in the corner of a default sized window).
