I found this little tool, ant2svg, that creates graph-viz of our ant
files.
http://www.spiritedsw.com/ant2svg/
I ran it on the OpenLaszlo nightly build file, our lfc build file,
our schema build file, our server (compiler) build file, and (eek)
our main build file.

ant2svg stops naming targets after about the first page's worth, so
trunk.svg doesn't have target names for the bottom half of the
image. ...but it's pretty clear that our main build.xml is a huge
mess, and that the server's build.xml is in decent shape,
The take away is just: ye gods our builds are complicated, especially
the root build.
"It's my weekend and I'll maven if I want to"?
Also please note that it is before 8 am pacific and I have done
actual work on a Saturday. Not the work I *meant* to do, though:
http://www.openlaszlo.org/jira/browse/LPP-2152, "ant make" should not
fail if webapp is not deployed.
