[Laszlo-dev] for once, a bug fixed itself

There was an old annoying bug where if you modified the debugger source
code, the compiler wouldn't
automatically recompile apps that used the debugger. It seems to have gotten
better by itself for some reason.
Maybe when I put the code to handle <switch> in, it forced the dependency
tracker to register the debugger.lzx
