[Laszlo-dev] Anyone know how I test for debug==true in the xslt templates?

I ask because I want to conditionally insert another frame that I can  
put debug output into.  Maybe this will only be temporary, but  
fvlogger is just not doing it for me.  I want my Debug.format!
