[Laszlo-dev] Bug loading library programatically?

Hm.  AFAICT, LzLibrary.load is not implemented.  It looks to me like  
this doc needs to be reviewed by the implementor.  It seems like the  
doc comes straight from the design, but I don't think all the  
features of the design are implemented (yet).
