I second the call for a better bug tracker...
specifically JIRA. Eric, I think you'll find that JIRA
is really nice (and free for open source projects) and
the guys at Atlassian are awesome.

Similarly, a Wiki might not be a bad idea either, but
let's not get ahead of ourselves.

PS: I hope to get Laszlo integrated to some of the
projects at OpenSymphony sometime... especially WebWork.
